Doğanay Gıda has been a trusted brand since the 1960s. After different ventures in the food industry, Doğanay started şalgam production in 1997 at its own facility in Adana Organized Industrial Zone. Today, Doğanay is one of the most respected, well-known and successful brands in traditional soft drinks and sauces segments.

Doğanay’s flagship product is şalgam, which is a fermented purple carrot beverage with great health benefits such as being sugar-free, low-calorie, digestive, and immune-booster. Doğanay’s success is deeply rooted in its know-how to produce a locally consumed, traditional beverage at a greater scale, while keeping its original taste and recipe, followed by its ability to distribute şalgam across Turkey and internationally as a branded consumer product. Doğanay is the undisputed market leader in şalgam and the frame of reference in taste in the country.

Over the years, Doğanay managed to expand its portfolio by adding new products such as lemonade, apple, grape and balsamic vinegars, lemon sauce, pomegranate sour, and hot sauce. Doğanay enjoys a well-deserved reputation with its four brands: Doğanay for şalgam, Lita for lemonade, Nare and Bütün for sauces and vinegars.

Doğanay practices sustainable agriculture at its agricultural lands in Konya’s Ereğli region and uses the latest production techniques and quality standards at its own production facilities in Adana.

Our dedication to quality has been proven with the FAO award (United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization), Fine Agriculture Applications Inspection and Certification, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, TSE certificates.
